company immediately terminate employee

i was working in a company, after 8 month of working company immidiate terminate me, can i ask for notice period according to offer letter?

A.Dear Client,
The company cannot immediately terminate its employee unless the reason being too serious. If its clearly stated in your employment agreement that you are liable to get a month notice period before terminating the job, then you are supposed to get that. Ask for it else send them a legal notice asking for the notice period before such termination.

A.If clause regarding payment in lieu of notice period is mentioned in the agreement, then you can surely claim the same from company.
Send them a legal notice and if nit make payment despite service of legal notice, file a case in the court

A.Send a legal notice to the company asking for the reasons as to why have they terminated you immediately.
Also, see the terms and conditions of the company.
There should be a statutory notice period which should be provided by the company before such termination.
If in case they are unable to provide notice period they shall be liable to pay a certain sum of money as compensation. Which is usually a month's or 2 months salary.
