Thanks a lot for your reply sir.... My third party employee is blackmailing to file a case against me for Harrasment. Is it possible?

Blackmailing is also a punishable offence. You have to keep all the record to defend yourself. It is better to consult a reputed senior Lawyer for advice & guidance and help quickly so that you can protect yourself.
