I have been married for 10 years ,I want to divorce my husband he is an alcoholic and also using crude language so could you please tell me what are the formalities for divorcing . Could you please whether I can divorce him on this grounds.

A.Yes, as your husband is causing mental cruelty to you by using rude language, abuse, etc, therefore, you can apply for divorce on these grounds

A.If Ur husband ready for divorce then file divorce by mutual consent u will get divorce in just six months. Otherwise file regular divorce petition
