I m the owner of house as attached with my home shop is placed, common wall only the shop belong to them, they loading cattle feed in shop cause unpleasant smell even some times results in vomit and feel unhealthy ,even though we have intearct with their owners there is no use, they saying that ours own shop we can keep whaterver we liked, is there any procedure to get stop them, advance thanks help me

A.Dear Sir,
Get an injunction order in Civil Court and if necessary Court Commissioner may be appointed.
