Sir/Madam,my aunt age is 60 and she is paralysis patient.she is having land of 450square yards and the same is on dispute,she has taken some amount from 2 neighbour for daily maintenance and failed to. Repay due to non income person.The 2 lenders have filed case on available land on Jan2016 for Rs.6 Lakhs and 4 Lakh ,land value Rs.4 lakh,am ready to settle the amount because the land is only source for my aunt maintenance.Hence please suggest how toto settle .till yet she is not attended the court.please guide

A.dear client in your case Since, the case is before court, and you are ready to settle the same, then you may file a prayer before the court asking for amicable settlement.

A.Your aunt is protected under senior citizen act. You have to consult a reputed senior lawyer to defend and protect your property from illegal money lenders under various act, do it quickly to safeguard your interest & property.
