i want to ask if legal action taken then how much addressee no. 2 liable in this case.

company recieve a legal notice from emloyee and there are two addressee one is company and the other is operation head of company . He said that adressee no.1 has fraudulently block his offical email id with pending liability.After bad behaviour from office staff/ management staff of addressee no.1.that my client get frustrated and and resign through email to addressee no.2 which is accepted by addressee 2. He said that you deducted tds from my salary . this shows a breach of responsibility to deposit the same and tds certificate . Employee treated most illegal and unlawful mannner and mental harassment and mischievous attitude by you addressee.Now i want to ask you sir/ mdm that how much addressee no.2 is liable in this case.
You can resolve your issue by approaching labor Commissioner in the meanwhile initiate domestic inquiry against such employee and see that his services are terminated.

It is very difficult to say how much adressee no 2 is liable unless and untill i go through the entire legal notice.
