Q.Pension
My father was in military for 6 years and he left job voluntarily in 1990 on medical grounds before completing his service period .. but we are not getting pension.. my father died in 2003. Can we apply for pension now?? Then whats the procedure? Pls reply me sir/madam..thank you

A. ) Dear Sir,
It is too late to apply for family pension. Anyway you can try by approaching service tribunal or High Court.

A. ) if your father joined any other services after his retirement from the army?
YES, your father's pension is possible but you have to approach Armed Forces Tribunal for the same and documentation is bit more
but, pension is possible
