Hi Sir...we had a house which we sold to some other person....but while registering he mentioned it as a barren land though there's a house already in that land....will this come under a illegal issue...could you please suggest if we could challenge him legally

A.It will become very serious issue & legal consequences also. It attracts many issues like stamp duty,registration charges,If applicable IT & Capital gain Tax.Better consult a professional property Lawyer & get all your issues solved quickly.
