I'm in a physical relation with a girl for 2 years.due some misunderstanding the condition of our relation getting worsen. she always forced me to do what she wants. she told me to not having any contact with my relatives. but she always do what she wants. use offensive words, slang with out any hesitation in fact she told me that she want me to die. can i take any legal action against her? if yes what steps can she take agains me?

A.you can make a complaint but what if she makes a complaint against you for establishing physical relations on false promise of marriage or something like that.
i advise you to break up with her and start life afresh or
make a complaint against her for extortion/blackmail

A.Try to solve this problem amicably. Do not look for a legal recourse.
Such things are very natural in day to day relationships. Try to solve the fights mutually and do not drag such petty issues in the courtroom.
Also, stay away from the people you think are hampering your personal life and your family life.
