(1) Kaya blank acr par individual ko signature Karna chahiye?
(2) Kaya initiating officer (IO) ko individual ko ACR dikhana chahiye filup karke?
(3) Kaya jis initiating officer ke super individual needs complain kar rakha hai wah officer individual ka ACR likh Santa hai.?
(4) Kaya adverse report ki complain kiya ja shakta hai or agar court mein Case kiya Jaye to adverse report clear ho shakta hai?
