In 2013 my husband filed divorce dismissed, again in 2018 filed sec 9, judgment to rejoin him before 30 days I did not go, exe of sec 9 is still pending meantime I filed sec 125 for maintenance while cross examine the judge transfer the case to sec 9 judge next what will happen to me

A.The judge shall ask you the reason for not rejoining.
