Distribution of paddy land

My problem is, my wife's father farm related, they're 3 brothers in them my father-in- law is 3 rd one. They have 2 acres (200 cents) paddy land . my father- in- law working more then the second one , elder one distributing it like 85cents for him ,and 57.5 cents,57.5 cents.is it correct,
