Can builder change the per sqft price at time of possession from what was signed in agreement of sale at time of booking.

A.जब आप ओर बिल्डर के बीच agreement किसी किमत के बारे मे हो चुका है।ओर आप दोनो के उस पर हस्ताक्षर हो चुके है।तब वह उसको नही बदल सकता है।

A.Absolutely No unless the agreement to sale says that they can change depending on the cost and inflation. I have never seen this clause so it is unusual.
