Property Problems With My Step Brother

My mom is in very bad situation as my step brother who is my mom step son he had locked forcefully one of my mom registered flat room.And he demands that he will not open the room as he wants that room and forcefully he locked the door with his lock so that we can't use that room.My father is also not supporting me and mom he is supporting his son who is my step brother and my mom setp son.We are feeling very helpless.Please give some suggestions what to do in this situation

A.You must file a domestic violence case against your father and step as your mom is subject to forceful restraint and non cooperation of your father. You can make an application in the same case for the stay in the matrimonial home.
