Share in my father property (house)
My father deceased 7 years ago. My mother and my small brother are living in my father house and I live separately with my family. Even today the house is in my father's name only and not changed in name of anyone else. 1)Now do I have a right to ask a share in my father's property?
2) Do my mother has first and final right on property?
3) Do my mother or small brother need my consent to transfer the title of my Father's property on their name?
