Separation of property Separation of property

My mother died in 2013. According to her will me and my sister have equal share in the property. But now my sister does not agree to divide the property. I don't have any property papers except the will. What should i do?

A.Please see, whether that will mentions any name of the executor or not. If there is any executor of the Will, ask that executor to take steps otherewise get the will executed from the court.

A.Dear Sir,
You can get property papers from the concerned Sub-Registrar Office as certified copies and go for transfer of property as per Will.

Probate means a certificate given by the High court or District court regarding the will. Hire an advocate in your area, he will guide you.
