please tell me my case procede in case for Insurance .This case 20 years old and company demand Rs. 42,000 and say when you not pay you are arrest .
and i agree to pay but company have no papers of my Vehicals

A.First, Say you will pay the the demand of company,secondly ask for all the original demand notices and required documents for verification before making the payment.No company can force you to pay without your verification of all original notices.The onus of proof will be on the company,since you are agreed for payment there is no action against you. If need engage a Lawyer to guide & help you out in impending issue.
