BANK FREEZE AND SECTION 91 NOTICE

It is advisable to enquire about the same in your respective bank. The investigation of a cybercrime varies greatly depending on the complexity of the case. So, in this situation, you have to wait till the completion of the investigation. Further, under Section 91 the court is empowered to issue a summons or a written order to produce a document or other material that is necessary for any investigation, inquiry, trial, or other legal proceedings. Accordingly, on receipt of summons/notice under Section 91, you need to appear before the court and produce the documents required for the investigation.
