correction of my fathers name speeling in passport at the time of renewal

sir there is one alphabet mistake(e instead of a) in my old passport my father name in old passport is sudershan kumar but now in my aadhar card and all ids it is sudarshan kumar how will it can be corrected my father is expired in approx 2010

Dear Client,
Usually, a mere error in the spelling of the proper name of any person is ignored especially when a person is not alive. However, as a measure of precaution against any uncalled-for situation, you being a legal heir can swear an affidavit before the Ist class JM declaring therein the reason behind the affidavit and after gazette notification of the said correction in the name of the father, you need to publish the in at least two newspapers and submit all these documents to the concerned authorities as and when required to verify your father's name.
