JIO FIBER AGENT IS NOT RETURNING MY MONEY

I Applied For JIO FIBER CONNECTION On Jio Application, So Jio Company Assign My Task To His Agent. His Name Is Sarvesh Kumar Gautam He Booked My Connection And Says You Would Get Full Refund If Connection Not Installed On Your Location. I Paid 1848.20Rs. To Jio Via Direct Online Payment And Agent Take 1000Rs. From Me. Because Plan Of Fiber Worth 2848.20 Rs., Unfortunately Installation Was Not Done Due To Technical Issue, So I Got Only Refund Of 1848.20 Rs. From JIO Which Is Partial Refund Amount. After 21 Days That Agent Gives Me Only 500Rs.Back And After That He Is Not Responding My Calls And Massage, I Want My Remaining 500Rs. Also Back, I Complaint To Many Times In Jio Fiber But No One Helped Me. I Want Strict Action Against Dealer And Agent They Are Totally Fraud People They Misguide Consumer And Never Picking Up Call.
