Regarding the high court order of Kolkata - quashing the obc list after 2010

Are obc candidates of west bengal eligible to take admissions in neet pg 2024 since the form has already been filled and the category already mentioned as obc in the form and all this before 22/05/2024 which was the day of judgement

Dear Client,
The order of the Calcutta High Court states that the OBC certificates issued from the year 2010 to 2014 are canceled as the OBC list prepared after 2010 was regarded as illegal. However, those candidates who have obtained the certificates before 2010 would not be affected by this decision. So, in this situation, if you have filled out the form for NEET PG admission between 2010-2024, then you would be ineligible to take admission under the OBC category.

Dear Client,
According to the Calcutta High Courts Order dated 22/05/2024, all OBC certificates prepared/issued between the years 2010 and 2024 are annulled/canceled. However, those who received their certificates before 2010 will not be affected. According to the court, the OBC list prepared after 2010 was “illegal.” that makes OBC candidates of West Bengal ineligible/unqualified to take admissions in NEET PG 2024 who filled up NEET forms between the benchmarked years(2010 - 2024).
