My two wheeler is parked in a factory and I need to recover it

The scooty is parked in a factory that I have no relationship with. I used to work for the business that currently runs the factory but I have since left the job. The scooty belongs to my father and I have the RC. The landlord and the business owner have a strained relationship and I have a feeling that the landlord will try to stop me from getting my vehicle. The location of the factory is in a remote area of Assam, hence I am afraid of locals as well.

Dear Client,
In this situation, you have to file a complaint to the local police against the landlord and release the vehicle from the his restraint. You can also seek protection from the actions of the landlord.

Your query appears to be cloudy to respond suitably. It is not clear how a person other than a registered owner of a vehicle can keep the vehicle in his possession unauthorisedly and since it is your apprehension, so, no cause of action happened yet that requires legal remedy.
