80thousand refund not received
Fern inn holidays company showed me their tour package in Mussoorie In November 2023. which I paid 80 thousand rupees to them through credit card. But two days after that, the customer care called me and said that you will have to pay a maintenance charge of 10,000 rupees every year. I told them that when I took the package, I was told that you don't have to pay anything extra except 80 thousand. But he told me that you should pay this charge every year. then I told them that you can cancel my membership. I don't want membership. Then they mailed me in two days and said that your refund will come in 45 days. But no refund yet. I have also complained on the National Consumer Helpline but no response has been received. Now what should I do? Please suggest.
