Brother,mother & i live in our jointly house. But my brother accupied all place of building covered by placeing meterial like four wheeler almirah like this. My quistion how to protect this type of coverage by legal way.

A.Dear client,
The property is supposed to be divided into 3 parts . You and your mother is supposed to get two shares from it. Get a succession certificate and file a partition suit against your brother.
