improper termination of permanent employee from a co-operative bank

I am in search of a lawyer who can expedite our case of illegal termination in high court where we have won our case in district court. I am being cheated by a lawyer in Hyderabad who wrongly misleaded by not fighting for our case for the past 10yrs.

A.Dear Client,
Get a NOC from ta previous advocate and change your advocate. Though according to the recent Supreme Court judgment , you dont need a NOC to change your lawyer still its better to get one to be on the safer side.
