Removal from Service

I am an attender working in a state undertaken transport Corporation.I was suspended and then removed from service that I made an attempt to approach court to correction of my date of birth.But court cancelled the petition as documents are not proper. According to Department records i have 2 more years of service but Department made cheating case and removed from service and I even i didn't receive any benefits from Corporation. How can i get my employment back ???

A.It depends on the documents submitted by you to the court. What is your date of birth and how is it supported?
