Will women be made accused in gender neutrality? Yes, now women will also be made accused. The law of rape applies only to women. BNS has made changes to some other laws, especially those related to children. Section 361 of the IPC prescribes different age limits for crimes related to kidnapping of minors. 16 years for male and 18 years for female. BNS has set it at 18 years for both. Gender neutrality will now be applicable to the accused under BNS in the crimes of insulting the dignity of women (IPC section 354A) and voyeurism (IPC 354C). That means now women can also be booked under the law..... I read it in an article, please tell me how can a case be booked against women.. and will the case be bailable or non bailable Surety.
