Actually i have purchase one flat in pune have completed sale deed and hole payment made to sealer by cheque and bank loan can sealer cancel this deed is it possible please help its urgent...!

A.Dear client your query is ambiguous itself.kindly provide more details that why seller can cancel saledeed after whole payment? It will be subject of strong legal action against seller.

A.I will ask u why are you asking such issues . If u r paid all amount then not possible if not paid then it will be possible
