WHAT IS THE LEGAL VALIDITY OF A SALE DEED OF AN IMMOVABLE PROPERTY IN FAVOUR OF A MINOR WITHOUT APPOINTMENT OF A GUARDIAN BY A MAJOR OF THE FAMILY?
