Our family has been divided from 20 years back and property also divided, but water well is common. our uncle is objecting to take water from well as this well is located in his property place after dividing . kindly advice us if there is anything justice in this matter. can we file a case and Where?. can this litigation solve under legal action or can we lead it to local court.
