Advice for cancelation of Time share Package for tour and Travel company

Recently, we bought a package for Tour and travel worth of Rs189000 on Emi with some interest, which company said they will provide refund. On 2nd day of our purchase, I face some medical emergency due to which, I need to take some personal loan, due to which I asked travel company to cancel my subscription. 1. First they said, they don't have any policy to cancel on personal reason. 2. We asked their cancelation policy, but they didnt provided, until i raised this concern to national consumer helpline (after 45 days). In cancelation, they have clause to cancel if service provided by company is not like by customer. 3. With this information, I raised that customer service is not good and I want to opt for cancelation, but they didn't replied. 4. Also, they have to provide Alpha card , which can be used for their service, that also they didnt provided. 5. Emi refund, which was supposed to be provided every 4 months, that also they are not providing. We are thinking to raise this to e-dhaakhil, consumer forum, but still need some suggestion on this case. Can we ask bank, if they can cancel EMI on this? Also, how to proceed for consumer forum?
