Transfer of residential leased plot after father's death.

My father is died 13/1/2015. Leave behind a leased residential plot taken from Nagar parishad Washim.I already put up this plot in my name in our family registered partition deed. & taken entry in 7/12. Ferfar. Nagar parishad tax department .M C assessment. When my father is alive. In year 2000. Also build my house in 2000. H D FC loan.by permission & NOC of Chief officer Nagar parishad Washim. I. have obtained death will from my father for this plot when he is alive.this lease is for 30years. & One primium. Now what is procedure for transfer lease on my name.
