Way has been blocked

Hi, I have an acre of a agricultural land. Around this land some guys are making residential layout in 50 acres. Around my land from 3 directions their purchased/JD land exists and they have blocked the way to my land from all 3 directions... Purposefully they made some walkways like small parks in 2 directions and in another direction 30 ft road.. Can I fight and get 30 ft road for my property as well? Any help on this is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance

A.File a writ petition in the High Court immediately for restoration of easementary rights against such person.

A.Dear client in your case it's violation of your easementory rights. Kindly approach to high court and file writ petition of restoration of your rights.
