A.Yes you can however there are certain limitations which relate to secrecy and issues of national interest which are not openly available to the public. Apart from those classified information everything else can be known through RTI inquiry.

A.Dear client in you query RTI Act is enacted so that the applicant will be provided with the photocopy of the document held with the Public Information Officer (PIO). So, no questions can be posed to the PIO where he cannot provide the answer as that is out of his jurisdiction.
