My name Dileep I was service in defence forces I love my cousin her name pravallika
She forcely married another person one month ago
But she still loves me and I love her
Now I want marry her she is also agree to marry me but her family and my family opposes my marriage plz I want marry her give me any suggestions thanks sir

A.Sir, it is sad to hear such queries from a defense personnel.
However,
1. She has been married one month ago, divorce cannot happen
2. You can marry but such marriage will not be legal [you might even lose your job for this]
3. Wait till the divorce and then proceed
4. Living in adultery is however not a crime and is only a ground for divorce.
I would still suggest to let go and not complicate this issue any further and not jeopardize the same. The rest is up to you.

A.Dear client in your case there are less chances to getting marry with her.because she is just married before 1 month and for getting divorce there should be 1 year cohabitation between husband and wife. And on what besis she will prove annulment of marriage? Better way to wait for 1 year and then after her divorce you can marry with her.

I advise you to forget her and tell her to enjoy her newly married life.
