My father belonged to nepal and has served central reserve police force for almost 30 year, when I was born, birth certificate was not taken as my father was transferred in gandhinagar Gujarat, now when applying for passport nationality issue has been raised by passport department, I have all educational certificates, if proofs of India and I have never been to nepal since I was born..is there any solution to this

A.Sir, there is nothing to worry you can file a petition in the civil court and get the required order/ decree for the same providing which you will get all the certificates that you are not getting.

You shall get a decree from the court which shall help you in solving the nationality issue.

A.Dear client in your case I want to know your birthdate. Because As per Indian citizenship laws, A person born in India on or after 3rd December, 2004 is considered citizen of India by birth if: Both the parents are citizens of India or. One of the parents is a citizen of India and the other is not an illegal migrant at the time of his birth.
