Wat legal action can be taken if someone threatening you via what s app message. As he clearly mentioned tat he will harm you physically. As proof I have screen shot of this message.?

A.There are a variety of ways by which you can deal with such matters
1. Simply file a FIR in the local P.S or the Cyber Crime Cell
2. Nowadays you can directly file a case in the magistrates court as electronic evidence is admissible.
3. You can complain to the Dept of Telecom against such abusive and dangerous or threatening messages.

A.Dear client in your matter People can now file a complaint with the Department of Telecom (DoT) against offensive messages received on WhatsApp or any other social media.
The victim just needs to furnish a screenshot of the message along with the mobile number and e-mail it to [email protected].
