Can we take legal action on the person who threaten my husband to chopped his hand on what s app. I have screen shot of this message.even he was not ready for written appolizy on same what's app group.

A.Such a complain can be lodges and action can be taken against such person.
You can go to the local P.S. and file a complaint. You can also file a complain to the HQ directly which has a special Cyber Crime cell that handles such matters.

A.Dear client in your matter you can now file a complaint with the Department of Telecom (DoT) against offensive messages received on WhatsApp on any other social media.
The victim just needs to furnish a screenshot of the message along with the mobile number and e-mail it to [email protected].
