How to split terrace area legally if 1 of the party in joint ownership objects
Me and my frnd are a joint owners of a plot and constructed 4 floors with 2 floors each. Like how the undivided land share and parking space will be divided, can we divide the terrace area between 2 joint owners to avoid any disagreement later. I am one of the owner and want to split the terrace area for gardening and built a gazibo in 50% of the terrace area. But the 2nd owner has objection towards this. How can we solve this legally so that we can split the terrace area and have a private terrace area between 2 parties to avoid any dispute. What is the meaning of private terrace area and can the terrace area be split between only 2 owners since there is no builder or any other 3rd party involved?
