I am an 19 years old Student who is currently undergoing an UG program. Is it possible to add my last name ?

A.Yes you can.
You will need to put up a name change petition and notarize it with an affidavit and also get it signed by a Judicial Magistrate of the 1st class.
Verifying all documents the magistrate will pass an order for the same.
