My elder brother renovate tha undestributed property of my parents. Now after death of my parents I ask for my part from that property now he say that he spend money on renovation by which value of propert is increase . He calculate tha value of property after removing his expenses..
I wanna ask that according to law at the time of destribution which value should be consider ? Full value of renovated property or value after removing their expenses ?
Foe example : Their is a property of 50lakh after renovation its value is 80lakh .Then which value should be consider 50lakh or 80lakh ?
( Work of renovation is done before destribution of property for self purpose )
