I have joined xchanging Technology private Limited in Nov 25, 2015. I have worked for two months and due to typhoid I joined in hospital and undergone treatment and sent medical reports to my manager and informed that I'm undergoing treatment and will report back office aftr treatment. But they have initiated resignation without my notice. So I couldn't able to join back. Now same company is asking me to pay money and sent notice. Pls advice what to be done

A.Reply to that notice by way of a legal notice and then denying all the facts they have mentioned. Also, attach the medical reports to prove why you were unable to attend the office.
Get the legal notice drafted by a good lawyer and signed by him.
It should solve your query.
Thanks.
