illegal fund mobilizing activity

I had Joint a collective investment scheme(CIS) and we paid around 4 lac for 3 years, after that the organization had shut and cheated us on 2015. Now I come to know that the organization had ordered by SEBI to refund the money which they have collected by collective investment scheme(CIS) for breaking nder Section 19 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India Act, 1992 and Sections 11(1), 11B and 11(4) thereof and regulation 65 of the SEBI (Collective Investment Schemes) Regulations, 1999, can Any one help me out how to collect my money from them?
