A.Aapke nanaji ki property pe aaki maa ka bhi haq hai. To ab baat ye hai ki agar aapke nanaji ne apni property ka koi bhi will nahi banaya tha tab unki saari property unke baccho mey samanya bhaag mey bategi. Us anusaar aapko bhi poora haq hai ki aap aapki maa ki portion ka claim kare. Aap apni maa ke portion/share ka claim kar sakte hai.
