In the absence of the information you obtained through the online application made under the RTI Act, based on the standalone information that a case is registered against you, no suitable advice is possible. As per Section 8(1) (j) of the RTI Act, 2005 the information which relates to personal information the disclosure of which has no relationship to any public activity or interest, or which would cause unwarranted invasion of the privacy of the individual, unless the CPIO or SPIO or the Appellate Authority is satisfied that the larger public interest justifies the disclosure of such information is exempted from disclosure. Sub-section (1) of section 8 and section 9 of the Act enumerate the types of information which is exempt from disclosure. Be informed that under Section 8(h) of the Act, information that would impede the process of investigation or apprehension or prosecution of offenders is exempted from disclosure.

In General, RTI cannot be filed for checking any criminal case, pertaining to the confidentiality of the investigation process. However, filing an RTI, would not affect any police procedure, rather it would not also prevent police to arrest you, if there are charges against you. We hope that our response is helpful to you.
