Their are 4 buildings in my parents property .Now after their death we want to divide between us .we are 4 brothers .Now we are confuse that how we can devide property . Because value of every property is different
1) By dividing 1-1property to each one or
2) by calculating the full value of all buildings then devide between 4

A.Dear Sir,
You may approach Civil Court which will appoint Court commissioner for division of property.

A.Dear Client,
Depends on the property. File a partition suit. you will get to know how the division is made.

Any option other then file suit ? Because we dont want to be in any court case .
