My husband is on bail for which he has arrested for cheating banks and after taking bail he is continuing same frauds with a gang of friends. Does he gets second time bail if I file complaint against him?

A.Dear client,
If he is an habitual offender as he has been continuing the same offence again and again, he might not be granted bail. However proving this as an habitual offence depends completely on your lawyer as getting bail for bailable offences is a matter of right and your husband is entitled to get that.

A.Bail is allowed in almost all circumstances.
As bail is a matter of right and not a matter of discretion.
However given your case, If your lawyer can prove that he has been committing the same fraud again and again and had already got bail on the same offense, the court may disallow the same.
As he would then be categorized as a habitual offender.
