A brief note to explain you the Case:

1. I joined a Pvt. Ltd company in Dec 2017
2. I signed Employment agreement at the time of joining
3. The Employment agreement contained clearly defined Non Disclosure and Non compete agreement.
3. I resigned from company and handed over all responsibility through Internal and external meetings.
5. On last date of my tenure at company I handed over all company asset to them.
6. After leaving they sent me a mail that I need to sign a document which included a 12 pager terms & condition and they sent a mail that without signing the document, they will not give my FnF and Relieving Letter
7. I sent a mail that While I have already signed an Employment agreement covering all terms, why should I sign all those and new added clauses again. I also sent a without prejudice demand Letter.

Can you advise me appropriate actions

A.Dear Client,
Unless and untill I go through the papers , it is very difficult to ans your question. You need to consult an advocate personally and show all the papers and the documents that you are having. Further steps can be taken only after that .
Thanks.

A.Dear Client,
Send your company a legal notice stating the following facts

1. That you have returned all assets and documents
2. That you have already signed an employment agreement
3. That the email consists of new clauses which you are unaware of
4. Ask the reasons as to why are your required to sign such new clauses
5. Ask them to reply to the same with proper details and explanations [if they fail to do so]
You can file a case against them at the appropriate forum or court.
Thanks
