Pitition against complaint

Dear sir/ Madam,
My grand father had one of Land and he enojed , dropping the wastage / Ward moving for fertilizer ...
Grand father / My family also continue to dropping wastage and we are moving the waste towards fertilizer for forming .
Recently we are planned to build a house on the waste Ward and for building construction we had shifted 90 number tractor load mud and 1 tractor load stones..
Know the problem is the other party came to me and my family in front of villagers and said that Land is ours show me your Land Documents to us..
We fighted them and they done complaint on me in the police station toward that bring and show the land Documents to us..but we never attended / not gonein to the police station and police raised FIR that and finally they called us and said we will give Police station bail towards higher authority were pressure.
Know my quarry is ----
1) Shall i take police station bail?
2) what is police station bail meaning and in future what will happen s?
3) if i took police station bail in the court can i ask them to do servey against what they (other party) submitted land Documents in the police station ?
4) Once done servey against their land Documents and find that is original or fake documents latter I will submit that my documents in the court - Like shall I put pitition in court ? - is it acceptable ?
5) The other party was trying to do building the construction be side our site can he build that still we are giving clearance ?
