Can my brother-in-law who has divorced my sister and has done bigamy by remarring to another lady can claim for inventory right of my deceased father & mother's property, upon taking opportunity of my sisters share ??

A.It means Ur brother in law divorce was granted or not not clear for me if divorce granted then no such right. U can call me for more details
